Una vez en la página de descarga, selecciona el sistema operativo en el que ejecutarás la máquina virtual. Once on the download page, select the operating system on which you will run the virtual machine. You may see the option to save or cancel at the bottom of your browser, or a separate window may appear with the same options. The default download location is the "Downloads" folder unless you have changed your preferences.

Haz clic en el archivo que descargaste para ejecutarlo e iniciar la instalación. The memory allocation
page will appear. Leave the default settings unless you know how to divide the

Aparecerá
la pantalla de “Virtual disk storage details” (detalles de almacenamiento del
disco virtual). Aquí te dará la opción de crear un
disco asignado dinámicamente (lo que significa que sólo será lo suficientemente
grande para operar apropiadamente pero no sobrepasará ese tamaño).
Tu otra opción es “Fixed size” (tamaño fijo) el cual es, como
su nombre lo indica, un tamaño fijo. Escoge la opción que prefieras. Haz clic
en “Next” (siguiente).
The “Virtual disk
storage details” screen will appear. Here you will be given the option to
create a dynamically assigned disk (which means that it will only be large
enough to operate properly but will not exceed that size) Your other option is
"Fixed size" which is, as the name implies, a fixed size. Choose
the option you prefer. Click on "Next".

Ahora
tienes que decidir la ubicación de tu unidad virtual y del tamaño. Intenta dejar la ubicación predeterminada, la cual es
la carpeta de Virtual Box. Ahora necesitarás decirle al programa cuánto espacio
de disco duro quieres asignar al sistema operativo. Te recomiendo empezar con 8
GB, si decides que te gusta más ese sistema operativo y estás planeando usarlo
para más aplicaciones, entonces decide cuánto espacio quieres conforme a eso.
Sólo recuerda que el espacio que asignes a este sistema operativo sólo podrá
usarse por ese sistema operativo hasta que lo elimines. Haz clic en “Next”
(siguiente).
Now you have to
decide the location of your virtual drive and the size. Try leaving the default
location, which is the Virtual Box folder. Now you will need to tell the
program how much hard disk space you want to allocate to the operating system.
I recommend you start with 8 GB, if you decide that you like that operating
system more and are planning to use it for more applications, then decide how
much space you want according to that. Just remember that the space you
allocate to this operating system can only be used by that operating system
until you delete it. Click on "Next".
